The Plante Moran PTO financial review will now take place on April 13th from 6:00pm-7:00pm.
Plante Moran, an independent third party accounting and business consulting firm, has been contracted by AAPS administration to conduct a review of Mitchell PTO finances to address concerns surrounding financial transactions and events held during 2022. The events and associated transactions in question were discovered by executive board members and were not previously disclosed or approved per PTO bylaws. Plante Moran will present their findings and recommendations at a public meeting via Zoom. This meeting will be recorded for those unable to attend and further discussion will be held at the regularly scheduled PTO meeting on April 18.
